We perform condition monitoring by collecting data from equipment, machines and vehicles. The collected data is sent to a cloud-based data platform where it will be aggregated, stored, processed and prepared. This enables us to generate insightful reports.
We use advanced tools and techniques to identify and analyse potential issues or anomalies in machinery. This helps businesses proactively detect problems, optimise performance, and minimise downtime, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency and productivity.
We install Telematics devices that are compatible with most vehicles used for passengers, transportation, logistics, trucking, mining etc. The devices are also extensible to measure other I/Os in a vehicle such as temperature, humidity , pressure and more.
Device:
The device is a GSM/GPRS enabled device with a built-in GPS that will be installed on the vehicle to collect data about the location and movement of the vehicle. The vehicle with the unit installed will be capable of having additional sensors such as fuel sensors and ibutton for extra security. The telematics devices are equipped with an internal back-up battery that can last up-to 2 hours. The telematics devices are capable of operating with a range of voltages thus making them suitable for Passenger Vehicles, Light Duty Vehicles and Trucks.
Data Collection:
All the data collected from the device will be sent to a ‘Castry Insights’ server for further analysis and will be stored there. Users will always be able to revert to any point in history recorded on the platform.
Application and Portal:
The Users will be able to access the data collected from the vehicles using a Mobile Application or a Desktop Application as stipulated on Figure 1 above. still
